All Residents Curnock Estate Camden Town NW1

Dear resident,

It has been brought to my attention that some residents are exercising their dogs on the estate and allowing them to foul the public areas. It is my duty to remind you that exercising of all dogs is not permitted-on any part of the estate. If your dog does foul any area of the estate then you must pick it up and dispose of it in the correct manner.

It has also been brought to my attention that some residents are still not disposing of their household rubbish in the appropriate areas. All small items of household rubbish should be put into the black bags in the refuse rooms. Any large items that need to be disposed of, i.e. Fridge’s, cookers and mattresses must be placed in the designated bulk areas.

If you are unsure where these areas are then please see your caretaker who will tell you where they are or alternatively you can contact the caretaking supervisor, Mick King on 07939046018. He will be able to advise you on any caretaking issues including rubbish disposal.

I must also point out that failure to comply with these instructions could result in legal action being taken out against you/your property, as you would be in breach of your tenancy conditions by causing a nuisance under health &. safety regulations.

If you have any queries regarding either of these issues then please do not hesitate to contact me on the above number.

Yours Sincerely

Jayne Seaman
