On 21-03-2011 at 10:46am we sent the following e-mail to the repairs team:
Dear Sir or Madam,
Someone has broken one of the glass panels (see attached picture) on the main door entry system of Goldthorpe. The door also does not open properly. When you press the release button the door is still “sticky” and you have to push it really hard. Also the whole middle part of the doors is not stable (it is moving every time you open the door).
This door is located between Flats 31 and 32 in Goldthorpe building.
Could you please arrange for the repair and provide me with a reference number?
On 21-03-2011 at 15:21 the Housing Repairs Team informed us that:
Thank you for your email dated 21 March regarding the main entrance door to the block.
We have raised two orders one for the broken glass under Ref 1143216/1 with appt for 24/3/10 am, and one for the door not opening properly to Lakehouse under Ref 1143211/1 should be attended to within 24 hours.
