Dear Resident,

Thank you for your emails of 9 th , 13 th , 14 th and 15 th December 2011.

Our records indicate that an inspection has been raised under reference 1264977/I1 with respect to a damaged barrier gate next to the Hickleton block.

Can you confirm whether you are reporting damage to the same barrier gate?

If the damage has been caused to a different barrier gate please confirm its exact location on the estate and we will raise an order for it to be repaired.

I note in your email of 9 th December 2011 that you state that the damage to the Gerda was caused by the Apollo Group. Are you able to provide any evidence that the Apollo Group were responsible for the damage to the Gerda gate i.e. vehicle registration?

If you have any urgent request please call Contact Camden on 0207 974 1212, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm .

Dear Mr Rexha,

Is there any news concerning the Gerda Lock repair (Pratt Street Gate)?

Could you please confirm if the new Gerda lock will be paid by Camden Council or the Apollo Group? Please have in mind that the lock was broken during the major heating works that Apollo completed on the Curnock Estate. The Apollo Group had promised to leave the site “as it was before”. The Gerda Lock was OK when they started the major works.

I am looking forward for your reponse.

Yours sincerely

Dear Resident,

Presently the renewal of the lock has been funded by the repairs service. However, if through my investigations I am able to prove the damage was caused by Apollo then we will retrieve our costs from them.

The part was ordered on 19 th January 2012 but has not yet arrived. We aim to complete this repair as soon as it arrives.
