Apollo Letter – Another Insult

The following letter (no references or contact details) was sent to the residents of the Curnock Estate. Apollo insulted us again by stating that the IMPROVEMENT works will not impact existing hot water or heating.

We do not have hot water at all. Not even in the mornings.

SERVICE IMPROVEMENT WORKS

As part of the service improvement work, Apollo contractors are continuing their ongoing working in the boiler house over the coming weekend

This will not impact existing hot water or heating

Once again we apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause.

Should you have any further queries regarding this essential repair please following normal procedures and contact the Camden Repairs Contact Centre between Sam and 6pm Monday to Friday on 020 7974 1212.
