The Gerda Lock of the gate that is located on the Pratt Street entrance has been broken again on the 23rd April 2012. It was last repaired at the end of January 2012 and it lasted for less than three months.
On 23rd May 2012 and on 11th June 2012 a tradesman visited the estate and repaired part of the gate. A third visit will be necessary to complete the job because the tradesmen forgot to remove the old broken metal from the gate.
