We have been informed that some council tenants have already received compensation of around £105 for the loss of hot water between November 2011 and April 2012. The amount of compensation is depending from each person’s circumstances.

STEP 2
Request the Heating Refund Form. See a sample here: page 1, page 2
STEP 3
Complete the first section ONLY.
On the Pay Ref field please complete the reference number that you have for paying your rent.
STEP 4
Send the form by normal post to the
Housing Repairs Administration

The Camden Council will consider your claim and they reply with a letter. See a sample letter.
