Closure of Internal Bin Rooms Curnock Estate

Dear Resident

Due to on-going rodent infestation throughout the whole estate, we are proposing to close the bag refuse rooms on all floors and trial euro-bins externally at various collection points.

I have attached a map showing the areas (marked with an ‘X’) where they could be positioned.

It is important that we identify any disabled or otherwise vulnerable residents who may be adversely affected by this change.

It is proposed that all internal bin rooms will be retained and converted for use as secure resident storage for large items, such as prams and bicycles.
We would appreciate your comments regarding this by completing the return slip at the end of this letter and returning them to me by 8thMarch 2013. If you would prefer to email me your feedback then please do so using the email address above.

Your help and assistance in this matter will be very much appreciated.

Yours faithfully

Jill Carrington
