Dear Resident,

Curnock Street Estate – Heating system replacement – Phase 2 Meet the Contractor meeting

This letter is to update you on progress since our earlier Options Appraisal meeting and leaseholder meetings regarding Phase 2 of the heating system replacement in your block.

Following review of the designs, discussions with residents and responses to the observations presented by leaseholders, we are now ready to commence the heating and hot water installation contract.

I am therefore writing to invite you to a ‘Meet the Contractor’ meeting (details below) to discuss any aspects of the proposed installation programme with the appointed contractors and ourselves. This will be an opportunity for you to further explore how the programme will be run, raise any concerns and make comment in regards to the works.
