Hot water shut down to your property on the Curnock Street Estate

Dear Resident

This is to inform you that we need to undertake a planned shutdown to the hot water system between the times of 9.00am and 5.00pm on Monday 29th July 2013. As a result you will find that your hot water service is turned off during the times shown above.

This will not affect your cold water supply.

This disruption is because we need to make connections within the boiler house to enable us to change over to the new boilers and plant.

If you turn your hot water tap on during the shutdown period and no water comes out please make sure you turn it back off. This will prevent any possible flooding caused by overflowing sinks and wash hand basins when the hot water is turned back on.
