Cupboard on top floor of Stairwell

It has been brought to the attention of the Council that the room on the top floor of the stairwell in your block is being used. This cupboard is NOT for tenant or resident use. Any person(s) using this room is doing so without the permission of the Council:

The Council now intend to force entry and empty the room of any items found. The lock will then be changed.

If you or any members of your family are using this room I would ask that you remove all person belongings by Wednesday 3rd June 2014.

Please note, any item remaining in the room after this date will be removed and disposed of within 30 days.
