We have been informed that there are still problems with the central heating and hot water even after the two emergency shutdowns.
However the engineer is back on site today. We have been told that the reason for the loss of heating/hot water was due to all the equipment being clogged up with thick sludge and that they had to dismantle everything, clean it and put it all back together.
