Today we replied to Mr Harshad’s email with the following:
Dear Mr Pankhania,The drawings on file “08A Posiiton 3 Elev.pdf” and the actual gate ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT.
The securifor 358 mesh was supposed to be ONLY outside the patio of Flat 18 Warmsworth. The rest was supposed to be metal bars all the way to the playing area. What the contractor did was replace the expensive part with the cheap securifor 358 on both sides.
The fence behind Barnborough was supposed to cover the patio of Flat 1 Barnborough as per our last meeting.It is fascinating that council says one thing in the meetings and deliver something different. Contractors make money and we just pay for things that WE DID NOT approve.This fences are not as per plans or conversations in our last meeting.
