Camden Council has informed us that you can no longer report communal repairs online. They decided to make it difficult to report anything so residents give up and stop reporting communal repairs. Everybody now must call the main switchboard number 0207 794 4444 and wait in the queue.
On the leaseholders’ resident account there is NOT a single option for reporting anything.
