The council has now relocated some of the CCTV cameras from Warmsworth to Barnborough. Two of the cameras are installed above the rear entrance of the refuse room and the third is installed on the side wall of Barnborough which is facing the Marr building.

New Pavement

New Pavement

The council started to replace the broken pavement stones in the area located between Billingley, Goldthorpe, Warmsworth and Barnborough. We have not received any information why this kind of works have a priority over the broken rails but we will let you know as soon as we have more information.

Curnock Street TRA Annual General Meeting to be held at St Pancras Community Centre, Plender Street
on Tuesday 17th October 2017 at 6:30pm to 8:30pm – During this meeting there will be elections for the TRA officers and your presence is important in order to have a quorum (min 15 residents). ALL RESIDENTS WELCOME

New fixed metal bollards

New fixed metal bollards

Council has replaced the Fold Down Steel Bollards next to the Pratt Street entrance of the Curnock Street Estate with four fixed metal bollards.

The new bollards feel and look very robust comparing to the previous bollards which were destroyed quickly by vandals.

The bollards have been installed originally in order to stop illegal parking on the pavement outside the estate.
