Complete Incompetence

Complete Incompetence

Only a couple weeks after the installation of the new Waste and Recycling bins and the council demonstrated its inability to do even the simplest things right. The doors left unlocked, the bins have not been emptied and the doors have left wide open for everyone to vandalise and destroy.

The new bins are not the only place where the situation is so bad. The recycling bin in Camden Street next to Billingley is full for weeks and is located in the wrong place. The bins in front of Goldthorpe and Billingley are also misused.
