Notice of Intention – Major Repairs
The following letter was sent to the leaseholders of the estate from the Camden Council regarding Notice of Intention to carry out Major Repairs (new waste and recycling bins) on the estate.

Rubbish Disposal Letter
This morning and on several mornings prior, large refuse bag have been found on the floor in the main entrance outside the closed refuse room. Disposing of your refuse bags in this manner is considered anti-social behaviour and a breach of your tenancy conditions.
Bin Room Closure (Goldthorpe)
As of Monday 15th January 2018 your bin room on the ground floor will be permanently locked.
New Pavement
The council started to replace the broken pavement stones in the area located between Billingley, Goldthorpe, Warmsworth and Barnborough. We have not received any information why this kind of works have a priority over the broken rails but we will let you know as soon as we have more information.
New fixed metal bollards
Council has replaced the Fold Down Steel Bollards next to the Pratt Street entrance of the Curnock Street Estate with four fixed metal bollards.
The new bollards feel and look very robust comparing to the previous bollards which were destroyed quickly by vandals.
The bollards have been installed originally in order to stop illegal parking on the pavement outside the estate.
