Mr Gideon Whittingham, Senior Planning Officer, informed us that the planning application (2013/8036/P) incorporates parking space within the rear yard, designated for people with disabilities only (3 spaces designated for blue badge holders only) accessed beyond the entrance gate via a key fob.
We have asked Camden Council the following questions regarding the works at The Marr.
Camden Council has informed us today that planning permission was granted on 15/09/2014 for “Change of use of ground floor level from office (class B1a) to 1 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 3 bedroom flats (Class C3) and associated elevational alterations.”
Camden Council has started major works on the ground floor of The Marr building. The offices that were on that area have been removed and there are rumors that the space will be converted to flats.
