We have been informed that the leaseholders on the estate have not received the refund that was promised to them for the loss of hot water between November 2011 and April 2012. The actual service charges that were sent to the leaseholders on September 2012 did not include any refund or compensation.
We have been informed that some council tenants have already received compensation of around £105 for the loss of hot water between November 2011 and April 2012. The amount of compensation is depending from each person’s circumstances.
