To All Residents Curnock Estate

Dear Residents

Over the past few months the Council has received numerous reports of Anti-social Behaviour taking place at weekends on your estate. We have also been receiving complaints regarding the misuse of refuse rooms and bins around the estate.

In order to address these issues and provide a safer and cleaner environment for our residents on the estate the Council would purpose to implement weekend cleaning on your estate. Weekend working will consist of a caretaker attending your estate each Saturday for 3 hours. The caretaker will be responsible for cleaning and tidying of bag rooms, removal of any small bulk items, spot cleaning block entrances to blocks.

The Council would like to implement this service on a trial basis at first starting on the first Saturday of February 2016. If successful we would implement the service all year round. Please note this additional service will be reflected in leaseholder’s annual service charges.
