RE: Curnock Street Estate – Physical Security Works
John Lloyd Owen of Renewals has informed me that External Repairs and Decorations will be carried out on Goldthorpe in the 2001 – 2003 programme. These works are likely to commence during this financial year. We do not have exact budget estimates as yet but further consultation will take place prior to the contract commencing. From my understanding Renewals are proposing to undertake resident meetings and Home Ownership Services will issue you with a Section 20 notice, which will enable you to make observations on the proposed works.
Home Ownership Services are currently sending out Service Charges. It is predicted that you should receive your 1998/1999 actual adjustments and the 2000/2001 estimates within the next month.
