Dear Residents
Re: Emergency: Loss off Heating and Hot Water.
Please be advised that due to a fire affecting the main EDF electrical supply cable to the boiler house at The Marr, there is a loss of heating and hot water to the entire Curnock Street Estate. EDF have been informed and an electrician will be onsite to carry out a repair to the cable today. Camden’s electrician from the Building Maintenance Division (BMD) will also be onsite; to repair any damage affecting wiring that is the responsibility of the Council. The heating contractor Seaflame is also aware of the problem and will be called to site once the repairs have been carried out by EDF and/or BMD, to reset the communal boiler.
Should you have any further queries regarding heating or the repair please contact the Repairs Service Contact Centre on 020 7974 1212 from Monday – Friday between 8.00am and 6.00pm, or the out of hours service at all other times on 020 7974 4444, where we will be happy to assist you.
We apologise for the inconvenience this will cause and hope the disruption will be kept to a minimum.
Yours sincerely,
Duncan Miller
