No Hot Water 13-11-2009 (2 Days)

14-11-2009 at 22:02 Cllr Roger Robinson informed us that he have checked with Emergency Team and they told him that the hot water is back on but there is a need for a new ball valve which they have asked Repairs to install.

14-11-2009 at 16:34 Cllr Roger Robinson informed us that he has just phoned Eemergency re the hot water to be told that they are waiting for the boiler to fill up with water and hopefully the hot water will be on by 5.30 pm-today!

14-11-2009 at 13:34 Sharon from the Emergency Repair Team informed us that the plumper would be here within the next 15-20 mins. This is in contradiction with the information that they provide to Cllr Roger Robinson (see below).

14-11-2009 at 11:41 Cllr Roger Robinson informed us that he checked today and they told him the boiler had to be filled with water and the hot water would be on today WITHIN 4 HOURS AS FROM 11.30 AM.

The plumber is there; the boiler is filling up and with a bit of luck the hot water will be back on –they told me at Emergency- within 4 hours and they will keep me briefed during the next few hours,

14-11-2009 at 11:30am The Emergency Repairs Team was called. They promised to call us back within the next 20 minutes.

14-11-2009 at 11:00am Hot water was stopped again. An e-mail has been sent to the relevant people.

13-11-2009 at 21:45 Cllr Roger Robinson informed us that he phoned the Emergency Repairs Team. The plumper is onsite but the hot water is not yet fixed. The plumper will continue to get it going.

He also mentioned that he will check again at about 11 pm this eventing as well as tomorrow morning.

Original Story

The hot water supply was stopped today due to another fault. We contacted the Repairs Team and Kemi informed us that he raised a job with a plumper (REF: 865577-1). The plumper will visit the estate tomorrow.
