Notice of Intent to carry out heating works

I write with reference to the Schedule 3 Notcie dated 5th March 2010, regarding the above work to your block/estate. The leaseholder observation period has now expired and all queries raised within the relevant period have been responded to.

I have now given instruction to the Project Manager, Jackie Louis, to let the work to the contractor.

The Project Manager will write shortly with details of the Meet The Contractor meeting. This is an excellent opportunity to come and meet the contractor and ask any questions you may have about the works.
