Dear Resident

Mexborough – Access required for heating works

As you are aware we are currently carrying out heating works to your estate on behalf of London Borough of Camden.

London Borough of Camden has informed you that part of the works requires access to your property in order to install the new thermostatic radiator valves. An appointment has been made for you on:

Wednesday 6th October September 2010 between 8.00am – 5pm.

We will require access to all rooms in the property that have a radiator. Please
your furniture is at least 2 metres (6 feet) away from the radiators.

If you require assistance with the moving of heavy furniture, please let me know.

After the works have been done we will need access for a day, at a convenient time with you, for the making good of the previous radiator valve replacement works. This will entail a final coat of filler to any holes made by our workmen in the morning -afternoon, sanding down area, and painting. (We will be using white paint only, however, if you have any existing paint in a different colour and would like the workmen to apply this, we will.) The making good is only for damaged area carried out by our work.
