Emergency hot water shut down to all blocks on Curnock Street Estate

Dear resident

We have experienced a few minor problems within the boiler house. In order to resolve these problems it will be necessary for us to undertake an emergency shut down which will affect your hot water supply only.

The shut down to your hot water will take place on Wednesday 20th October between 8.30am and 5.00pm.

If you turn your hot water tap on during the shutdown period and no water comes out you must make sure that it is turned back off. This will prevent any possible flooding caused by overflowing sinks and wash hand basins when the hot water is turned back on.

Please continue to report any repairs in the normal way to Camden repairs on 02079741212.
