No Hot Water Due To Emergency Works (1 Day)

No Hot WaterThe following letter was sent to the residents of the Curnock Estate.

The original document can be found on this link.

Dear Resident,

With regret, we wish to inform you that there will be no NOT WATER while EMERGENCY work takes place from now until the problem is resolved later this evening. Please be assured that the Engineers are now on site and are working to restore your Hot water Supply so that it is reinstated for the weekend. Your cold water supply will not be affected.

If you turn your hot water tap on during the shutdown period and no water comes out, you must make sure that it is turned back off. This will prevent any possible flooding caused by overflowing sinks and wash hand basins when the hot water is turned back on.

If you have any queries about the work please do not hesitate to call the site office on 0207 388 4448 between office hours 8.OOam – 5.00pm. Alternatively you can call me on 07880 866432 or Tony Bowcutt, site manager on 07825 106790.

Thank you for cooperation and patience with this matter.

Yours sincerely

Diane Barzilay
Resident Liaison Officer
