Loss of Hot Water REF: 1227201/1 (2 Days)

There is no hot water this morning as well as yesterday evening on the Curnock Estate The problem has been reported at 09:25am and the REF number is 1227201/1 and 1227208/1. More information below:

As well as a Watd Councillor, I am also a resident on the Curnock Estate, and can confim that this evening, (Thursday 29 Sept) there is no hot water in my own flat (27 Trimdon).

Can I also add that ever since “improvcement” works to the cold water tank system a couple of weeks ago, my cold water taps produce merely a trickle of water. The work, for which leaseholders will be (over)charged, and tenants will pay throught the HRA, usually makes things worse, rather than better.

There was no hot water yesterday after 08:00pm as well as this morning on the Goldthorpe building. Could you please make sure that someone will fix the problem and make sure that it will last for a couple of weeks?

On 30th September 2011 at 13:04 we spoke to the Housing Repairs Team:

The Housing repairs team informed us that the Apollo Group sent someone from 10:00am to fix the problem and it will be fixed by the end of the day.

Loss of heating and hot water service

We are sorry to inform you that due to a problem with the boiler house which serves your property, the (heating and hot water) system will, unfortunately, be out of service whilst we investigate the nature of the fault.

We are working to resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible , if we need to extend this period of time due to our findings we will advise you accordingly with details of the fault and revised timescales. Apollo is working with Camden and our specialist team to resolve this issue for you promptly

Once again we apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause.

Should you have any further queries regarding this essential repair please following normal procedures and contact the Camden Repairs Contact Centre between Sam and 6pm Monday to Friday on 020 7974 1212.
