Tepid Water on Goldthorpe (1 Days) REF: 1239188/1

No Hot WaterThe hot water in the Goldthorpe building is tepid during the day and not hot enough for a shower or a bath.

We have reported the problem to Camden Council.

On 25th October 2011 at 10:53am an Apollo Group employee called us.


Apollo Group (Tel: 020 742 88835) informed us via the phone that they are aware about the hot water problem and they are working on it.


On 25th October 2011 at 12:57 we called Apollo Group:


A lady from the Apollo Group Contractors informed us that there are major problems with the boiler room. The boilers heat the water and when the correct temperature is reached; they stop.

They do not know the reason but they will send more engineers on the site this afternoon. She promised to call us again later.
