The Camden Council managed to repair some of the broken lights but in the process to do that they switched off the electricity.
The electricity stopped the boilers and for the moment there is no hot water or heating (Camden Council said that was not the case).

On 16-01-2012 at 19:20 we spoke with the Emergency Repairs Team:
They informed us that the situation is an emergancy and that they will try to deal with it today.
On 16-01-2012 at 21:00 central heating was restored but no hot water yet.
On 17-01-2012 at 06:00am hot water was restored.
