Replacing London’s Victorian water mains – an opportunity to find out more

Dear Customer,

Optimise is working in partnership with Thames Water to replace some of the oldest water mains in your area. In doing so, we will reduce leakage and lessen the likelihood of burst mains.

We will be starting our work in your area from 12 March 2012. In order to understand any concerns and, where possible, address these before we start work, we would like to invite you to attend one of our an informal ‘drop-in’ sessions in the area where members of the project team will be available to answer any questions you may have:

During the works there will be an interruption to your water supply, but we will give you notice of this. We will also write to you again to tell you more about the work that will be taking place in your street.
