Timer Issues with Lights on Goldthorpe and Billingley – REF: 1346602/2

Faulty Lights

The timer for the communal building lights in Goldthorpe and Billingley has the wrong settings. This forces the lights to turn off at 03:25am every morning and the whole area becomes very dark.

The fault has been reported (Ref: 7805105) on 24-05-2012. Read the updates below:

Dear Yemisi Kosoko,

After the Sub Contractors Lakehouse’s visit the Goldthorpe and Billingley lights are switching off between 02:30 and 02:45am in the morning and stay on for most of the day. Obviously the contractors do not know how to program the timer for those communal lights. Could you please arrange some training for them and ask them to fix the timer again since their actions are waste of public money and electricity?

Finally is there any news concerning the repair (online reference 7805190) for the light above the main door on Goldthorpe and the communal light behind flat 20 Barnborough?

PS The gate is still broken. The repairs team has failed to do any of the three repairs I have reported. Three out of three Failures (i.e. 100%).

I have also raise Job Number 1348657/1 for the external light above a communal entrance in Gold Thorpe and Job 1348667/1 for the defective light near play area in Barnborough.
