Hot Water

We are sorry for the problems you have been experiencing with your hot water service this week.

We are currently replacing plates on the heat exchanger and we expect your hot water to be fully restored by 6pm today.

If for any reason we encounter further delays we will inform you by letter.

Should you have any further queries regarding this essential repair please follow normal procedures and contact the Camden Repairs Contact Centre between Sam and 6pm Monday to Friday on 020 7974 4444.

Thank you for your co-operation and apologies once again for the inconvenience this has caused.
