RE: Items being stored on communal balconies

The London Fire Brigade has recently carried out an inspection of block.

The Council have now been served with Deficiency Notice by LFB and concerns are raised on the Means of Escape (Protected Route) and lighting and to make urgent improvements in order to bring the premises up to standard.

If you are storing any items outside your property in communal areas such as landings and balconies they must be removed immediately.

Any items remain in communal areas of your block after 7 days from the date at the top of this letter the Council will remove it and dispose of it.

The safety of all residents of the block is paramount. Please do not ignore this letter.
