Planning permission (2013/8036/P) was granted on 15/09/2014 for “Change of use of ground floor level from office (class B1a) to 1 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 3 bedroom flats (Class C3) and associated elevational alterations.”  

Camden Council claims that they have consulted on this application as per normal but not even heard about those plans even after the works started.
