Dear Sir/Madam,

IMPORTANT: Planned shutdown required to your Heating and Hot Water Service

Due to a planned repair required within the plant room it will be necessary to shut down the system to accommodate repairs.

GEM engineers will be at Curnock Street Estate to carry out the shutdown on Tuesday 17th August 2021. Works will commence at 9am and finish at 6pm.

Temporary heaters are available for enhanced tenants upon request, and should you require one please contact 020 8985 0409 and select option 1.

We apologise for the inconvenience this work may cause you, please be assured every effort will be taken to keep disruption to a minimum.
