It has been brought to our attention that residents or their visitors are parking on the estate and/or storing their motor vehicles next to their flats or in the communal areas. With this in mind please be advised that:

1. Primarily, but not only for reasons of fire safety, by parking or storing motor vehicles on the estate, you are placing the safety of all residents at risk.
2. You are also placing your tenancy at risk because you are responsible for the behaviour and actions of your household and your visitors.

Taking matters forward any information given in confidence to identify the individuals or household responsible for the above will be welcomed
