The following letter was sent to the residents of the Curnock Estate on the 20th August 2013. The same date that the works were carried out.
The same problem was also present with the old boilers and it is interesting to find out the reasons for that. Especially after the £500,000 investment in the new equipment. The original document can be found on this link. |

Hot Water
We are sorry if you are currently experiencing a disruption to your hot water service.
We will be carrying out an emergency de-scale to the hot water on Tuesday 20th August in order to improve temperatures to estate.
Should you have any further queries regarding this essential repair please follow normal procedures and contact the Camden Repairs Contact Centre between Sam and 6pm Monday to Friday on 020 7974 4444.
