For your reference your request is:
On the Curnock Street Estate, you told me under REF: 8605027 (13 July 2013) that there are 16 pumps in total in the boiler room. I would like to know the following:
1) Does the council still have 16 pumps?
2) Model types for all pumps (i.e., TPE 125-70/4) and the manufacturer. If model types are not known, please explain how you or GEM manages to maintain them without knowing what they are.
3) Age for each pump
4) Times the Shafts have been replaced in each pump.
5) Maintenance records for each pump (regular inspections, cleaning, lubrication, replacement of worn parts, etc)
6) Who is responsible for the cost of the replacement parts (GEM or council)
7) Who is responsible for the cost of replacing the whole pump if necessary?
8) Age of the current leading equipment (boilers, pumps, inverters)
9) Normal life expectancy for the main equipment according to the manufacturer.
Yours sincerely,
Philip Lewis
