We have tried repeatedly to reach the Housing Security Patrol today (04-Oct-2015) at 22:40 but all our 10-15 attempts were unsuccessful.  The calls were answered by the automated system every time, the recorded message was played and then the call was dropped. How can people report security issues if the council’s telephone systems are not working?
