Dear Leaseholder(s),
Grounds Maintenance and Arboriculture (Tree) Contracts
Please find enclosed two second stage notices of proposal to enter into long-term agreements for the provision of borough wide contracts for Grounds Maintenance and Arboriculture (Tree) work. We ask that you take some time to read this letter and its enclosures as they contain important information for you.
How will this Proposal Affect Me?
The contractors selected for Grounds Maintenance and Arboriculture (Tree) works will carry out the works required to your block and estate, which you may be asked to contribute towards in accordance with the terms of your lease.
Will I need to pay for this work?
If you are currently contributing towards grounds maintenance work you will continue to do so in accordance with the terms of your lease. Leaseholders will only be asked to contribute towards arboriculture work if tree work is carried out at their block/estate.
