Dear Sir/ Madam,

REF: TREATMENT FOR MICE INFESTATION

I am writing to you on behalf of the Councils Pest Control Section.
As you are probably aware, certain flats within your Block are suffering from an on-going problem of mice.

In order to treat this problem effectively, we are proposing to carry out a ‘Block Control’ treatment programme. This will involve our Officers visiting your home three times over the next three months

We will give you advance warning of our intended visits, which will all be on Saturday mornings.

The first of our intended visits will be SATURDAY 01 MAY 2010 – AM.
If this appointment is not convenient, please contact us on 0207 974 5976, and an
alternative appointment will be arranged for you.

Or you can leave your key with a trusted neighbour or friend.

The only way for us to be successful in our course of treatments is to ensure that all flats selected in this programme are visited.

Please make every effort to be at home for your appointment. Your co-operation is appreciated.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter, and, please do not hesitate to call me should you require any further information.

Yours Faithfully,

D. Coleman.
Operations Manager.
