The unhelpful secretary of the contractor for the IRS, Custom TV, has just informed us that
– her manager’s name was Chris Pritchard and his email address is ChrisPritchard@customtv.com (invalid address*) or maybe .co.uk
– the company director’s name is Simon Craig
– they told us that an extra TV connection would cost £65 but to have the SKY TV connection would cost £250
– If you wanted this you could request it when you receive the 2nd letter (the one after the red dot letter) which will be asking you to make an appointment to connect the TV cable inside your house. This letter may not arrive for another 2 months.
When we called again because the e-mail address did not work she gave us another e-mail address: chrispritchard@custom.tv which is also INVALID!!!
After some search using the Google search engine. we found the following:
1) The contractor’s company is trading under many names (Custom-AV.co.uk, Custom.TV, etc). Custom-AV.co.uk Website is advertising a non working domain http://custom.tv
2) every website has different names for the directors,
CustomAV (custom-av.co.uk) mentions the following names:

Martin Tatton
martintatton@custom.tv
Dan King
danielking@custom.tv
CustomTV according to the secretary and the who.is database, mention the following names:
Chris Pritchard
ChrisPritchard@customtv.com OR chrispritchard@custom.tv

3) the contractor’s employees are doing the job in self employed basis (AV Forums
