Dear Resident,
While we carry out improvements to the heating system in your block there will be some disruption to the service.
I am writing to let you know that there will be no HOT WATER in your property this Thursday 3rd February 2011 between between 8.00am to 2pm, while work takes place.
If you turn your hot water tap on during the shutdown period and no water comes out, you must make sure that it is turned back off. This will prevent any possible flooding caused by overflowing sinks and wash hand basins when the hot water is turned back on.
If you have any queries about the work please do not hesitate to call the site office on 0207 388 4448 between office hours 8.00am – 5.00pm. Alternatively you can call Tony Bowcutt, site manager on 07825 106790 or Diane Barzilay, RLO on 07880 866432.
Thank you for cooperation in advance.
Yours sincerely
Diane Barzilay
