Hot water shut down to AH blocks on the Curnock Street Estate
Unfortunately we were unable to undertake the planned shutdown to the hot water system on Monday and Tuesday due to the existing valves within the boiler house not isolating.
We will now need to shut down the hot water supply only to all blocks on the estate.
This shut down to your hot water will take place on Thursday 28th July between 8.30am to 5.00pm.
This will allow us to make connections to the new hot water pipe work in the underground car park to the existing hot water pipe work in the boiler house. Once these connections have been made we will then need to connect the new pipe work in the underground car park to the existing riser to your property this will mean further shut downs in the near future.
if you turn your Hot water tap on during the shutdown period and no water comes out please make sure you turn it back off, This will prevent any possible flooding caused by overflowing sinks and wash hand basins when the hot water is turned back on.
Please continue to report any repairs in the normal way through Camden repairs on 0207 974 1212.
If you have any questions or comments regarding the heating works please contact the
Site Office on 0207 3884448 or
