Subject: Tepid Water and low water pressure on Goldthorpe, Curnock Estate
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a resident on the Goldthorpe building which is part of the Curnock Estate.
At the moment 18:30 there is no hot water and very low pressure on the hot water tap. The water is tepid.
We experienced the same situation last Monday 25 th July 2011.
Could you please fix the problem and give us an update as soon as possible?
Yours sincerely

Dear Mr Bowcut,
Could you please provide us with an update concerning the major works, heating, on the Curnock Estate?
When will you finish with the major works?
Did Apollo have to do any additional works?
Yours sincerely

Dear Sir/Madam,
It is 06:00am and there is no hot water on the Goldthorpe building. The hot water was supposed to be cut off at 08:30 for works and not one day earlier (see my previous emails below).
Please provide me with an update ASAP and the reasons for the hot water failure yesterday and today.
Yours sincerely
