On the 26th March 2012 Camden Council informed us that: “We accept that there are genuine issues around the hot water supply.
However, the volume of correspondence is proving to be a significant burden and distraction, and is in effect detracting from the efforts of Officers who are trying to address the underlying issues and resolve the problems.
