RE: CAVITY WALL INSULATION
We are working with London Borough of Camden to provide you with insulation measures to make your property more energy efficient. This programme of works has been commissioned by Camden as part of their commitment to reducing carbon emissions in order to combat climate change and to make your home more energy efficient.
If you are a leaseholder the insulation costs will be funded by an external grant. The installation will be free to all residents.
Surveys were carried out recently in your area and your property was one identified as requiring the following measure: Cavity wall Insulation. The CWI will keep your homes warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.
We will begin Cavity Wall Insulation ( CWI) week commencing the 14th January 2013.

Works will be carried from the outside of your property via abseil, and properties receiving insulation should have all items, not securely fixed, removed from external walls and window sills. Whilst works are being carried out there will be a raised noise level, vibration and a certain amount of dust of which our technicians will do their best to keep to a minimum. There may be a need for the abseiler to access your balcony, could you please make sure these are accessible. Please keep windows shut when works are being carried out, to eliminate the risk of dust entering your property.

All personnel working on this project will be wearing Avalon Sustainable Energy Solutions uniform and will carry company identification.
