Dear Resident

Further to my recent letter regarding a pilot to close the internal bin rooms, I write to inform you that, due to an overwhelming response against the planned bin room closures, it has been decided that the pilot will no longer go ahead.

We always take the views of our residents into consideration when suggesting any changes to our service delivery and these comments and suggestions have been reflected in our decision.

In light of this decision and in respect for your fellow residents who voted in favour of the closures, we would kindly encourage all residents to ensure that any household waste is disposed of in an appropriate and considerate manner which, should go some way toward ensuring the issue of rodent infestation is kept to an absolute minimum, whilst allowing for Camden Council to facilitate efficient and cost effective service delivery to all our residents.

If you have further concerns regarding this decision or any other issues regarding the estate services provided by Camden Council, please do not hesitate in contacting me, using the contact details above and I will be happy to offer assistance or clarification as required.

We thank you for your participation in respect of this matter and we shall continue to work toward providing the best possible customer service to the residents of Camden.

Yours faithfully

Cecilia Fadina
