Mr Gideon Whittingham, Senior Planning Officer, informed us that the planning application (2013/8036/P) incorporates parking space within the rear yard, designated for people with disabilities only (3 spaces designated for blue badge holders only) accessed beyond the entrance gate via a key fob.
