GEM has sent us a letter stating the following:

IMPORTANT: Planned Shutdown required to your Heating Service

Due to a repair which needs to be completed in a property on the estate, it is necessary to shut down the system to accommodate repairs.

GEM engineers will be on site to carry out the shutdown on Tuesday, 2nd March 2021 between 9am-1pm.

We apologise for the inconvenience this work may cause you, please be assured every effort will be taken to keep disruption to a minimum.
