Communal Lights

In the last few months we have contacted Camden Council’s repair team for certain communal lights. The whole process is slow and painful especially when the contractors take such a long time to fix the problems. On top of that, some private residents have refused access to the caretaker who was trying to replace a bulb to the ceiling communal light which are located in front of the ground floor flat. This issue has raised the question of the legality of the metal fences which have been installed as a security for the ground floor flats but they have become nuisance for repairs and cleaning duties.

The following lights have been reported and the repairs team (contactrepairs@camden.gov.uk) has sent us the following email:

  1. in front of Flats 2, 3, 33 Goldthorpe – CARETAKERS – 2881582/1
  2. Building lights between Thurnscoe and Connisbrough – REPAIRS – 2881587/1
